2024-25 GOLFVIEW RANGER PROGRAM

We are asking for volunteers to staff our 2025 Ranger program. Each evening after the clubhouse closes, a pair of Rangers will staff the area adjacent to hole no.1 tee. They will be there to validate that people teeing off have paid to play and are adhering to our Golfview rules.

We would like to ask that each building participate in this program. It’s one evening a week for about a 3 ½ hour period. We need a minimum of 60 Rangers. Please respond to John Carley via email J_carley@sbcglobal.net or text (815)530-0036.

Golf Course Update

Good morning,

I hope you are all doing well and enjoying this wonderful fall weather. Wanted to share a few updates about the golf course. As you all know, it has been an extremely challenging year. We have dealt with record breaking rain, two hurricanes and a delay in the construction of the golf course. With that being said, the golf course itself is coming along. The greens are filling in and producing more and more growth each day. Mike and Carlos are diligently working to get the course in the best playable condition as possible. The tee boxes have suffered the most with the issues that we have faced. I assure you all, that within a few weeks you will begin to see the tee boxes full and green.

The emails that I have received and the concern for the course is understandable. I have total confidence that we will be up and going for the season. At this time, we are pushing the opening date back a bit. We need more time for the grass to fill in. I have reached out to several courses as far as reciprocals. We are fortunate to have Country Creek, Myerlee, and the Legends extend their reciprocals to us through the month of November. Shellpoint and Kelley Greens are offering us reciprocals in the afternoons through November.

I thank you all for your patience and understanding of this trying situation. I promise you it will be worth the wait.

ACH Accounts with Alliant Property Management

Alliant Management CANNOT update your ACH account. Therefore, when there is an increase in monthly maintenance assessments, each Owner will have to:
1. Log into their account on the portal
2. Click “payment portal”
3. Then scheduled payments (from the menu at the top).

At this point, the Owner can adjust anything they want regarding payments. Please ensure that monies are scheduled to come out of your account no later than the 4th of each month.

If you still encounter issues trying to make this adjustment, you can call Alliance Bank ACH department directly at 844-739-2331.

Maintenance personnel have replaced the one-way signs to reinstitute the traffic direction considered necessary until the completion of carport construction. Please observe and obey the one-way signs as posted for the remainder of the construction period.
